What is next?

If I'd get a penny every time I get that question, I would be millionaire by now!!! Maybe I can start charging for answering :p
Ok, today I don't know the answer yet, I was thinking about it the whole conference, my personal goal was to find the answer by the end of it... but still is not clear.
Good news is that I am sure of what I want in the long term, even mid-term, I am just not sure if I should go straight to that or use other means to get there eventually.
Instead of answers I got so many questions from myself... I got tired of thinking so today I just relax without thinking too much, I enjoyed my last day in Vitoria, went to the beach, let my mind fly...
Tonight I will be flying to Sao Paulo in the midnight flight... tomorrow my brain will come back to solve all my questions.

Back from EXPRO!

YES!! it was so cool, meet my friends again, making new... Wow, how amazing!
It was great to feel so Colombian again, speaking spanish using words that only colombians will understand, dancing latin rythms, laughing, jumping, hugging my friends again!
Kiko, Dori, Ivan, Naty, Caro, Aleja, Cesar, juli.. you were the best delegation, you surely rocked the house and AXLDS 2006 is coming back to Colombia for sure!! :)
On the other hand I realized how Brazilian I've became so far... no, I don't have the portuguese accent when I speak spanish, but being able to speak the language, eat feijao everyday, dance forro, samba, axe, funk and all brazilian rithms is quite something, and I love it!
It felt really nice to be part of Brazilian delegation in this conference, I think we got really connected, and it was a good way to see how we can all be one great country working together, no matter your role or time in @... despite what rumours say!
The conference was really good, my third expro... but the one I felt I have contributed the most, it had so many awesome discussion with ppl about the state of our organization in SSGN and our direction, our strategies and so on... regarding to conferences some things changed, some other remaint the same, but you don't leave the place without learning sth!
Delegates, thanks for coming to Brazil, thanks for the good conversations, thanks for the smiles!
Pictures will be coming soon...hopefully the ones taken with david camera that should appear soon!

Rodizio de Pizza in Vitoria...yummy yummy

Ok, let's first define the concept of a Rodizzio.
You go to a restaurant, you sit and waiters bring you all the food you can eat at a fixed price. In the case of Rodizio de Pizza, you obviouly get PIZZA! :)
What's so special about it? Well, I'm just amazed by the creativity of brazilians, and also about people capacity to eat THAT much, and although I'm not in the top of the big eaters at all... I did not know I could eat SO much pizza slices in one night (my personal mark is 17 slices in one night!)
So the types of Pizza: you can get from the popular Marguerita, 4 Cheese, Salami... to some exotic ones like chicken with catupiry (a special brazilian cheese), churrasco, picanha (special beef meat) pizza with ice cream (yes ICE CREAM!), with chocolate, with strawberries, banana and canela...yesterday they had at least 120 different kind of pizza styles... they just leave their imagination fly!!
Thanks God my diet allows me to eat as much as I want, otherwise I wouldn't enjoy this country as much as I do :)
So, why am I talking about this? yesterday I went to Rodapizza one of the best rodizios of the city, with the AIESEC crowd, LC members and the first batch of OC members that arrived today to Vitoria! AXLDS excitement is all around :)
Ok, I owe you the picture of the pizza with sorvete... that is sth you definetely have to see with your own eyes! :)

From Vitoria

6 days ago I arrived to Vitoria, a city in the southeast of Brazil, just above Sao Paulo.

This is a lovely city, it might be special to me because it reminds me a lot of Barranquilla my hometown, it has beaches just like those in bquilla (so don't expect too much, hehe), it is hot just like in barranquilla (but also sometimes windy), and well somehow you can feel that warm and relaxed environment we have there! It is almost like home... :)

During this week I have been coaching the LC, as I am the responsible in the MC, it is amazing to see how AIESEC is the same all around the world, the same challenges, the same ups and downs, what makes me understand that our role more that evolving as an organization is definetely the development of our people, so we somehow need them to pass through challenges to develop certain characteriscs... and well I love to be able to show people that there is a light after the tunnel! To be honest coaching is one of my favourite things, it is the way to put my feet on the floor, oxigenate me with LC reality, see the results and effects of our work in our MC cloud.

It is like my third or fourth time in Vitoria, but this time I have an special feeling... in 7 days we will have an international conference here, about 230 people will be coming from all over the world, I can hardly wait to see my friends especially those from Colombia: Kiko, ricky, alejita, dorita and some others are coming!!! I realize I miss my country, my people, my friends a lot, and they will for sure season my days here!!

Besides meeting my friends there is something special about this conference, after two years I will be a delegate in an AIESEC conference again!!! No OC, no faci, just delegate!! hehe, I remember my delegate days were soooo funny!!! 7 days more... EXPRO is just here!
