this was one of my greatest memories from my short visit to Barranquilla, meeting my dear friends at Javier's to kill my wishes to eat chuzo desgranado de pollo... those who have ever been in Barranquilla, know what I mean! Orgasmic moment...
In my last visit to Quilla, I went to Javier's almost every day... I felt in heaven when I ate "chuzo desgranado de pollo", "perrito sencillo planchado", "jugo de mandarina" etc...
Nice picture!!! About "chuzo desgranado de pollo", Juank and me have spent so many hours looking for something similar in Poland or just talking about this colombian meal(Back home, I will eat it everyday) ;)
